Antibodies to Type II Collagen Measured by Mixed Reverse (Solid-Phase) Passive Antiglobulin Haemadsorption

Abstract
The mixed reverse (solid-phase) passive antiglobulin haemadsorption reaction has proved to be an excellent method for measuring antibodies to collagen which, for the purposes of the assay, is deposited on the surface of polystyrene microtitration wells by evaporation from acetic acid solution.
