Abstract
The attitudes toward euthanasia of one hundred clergymen and one hundred and four lawyers in the Seattle area were examined through the use of an instrument questioning their agreement or disagreement with statements on euthanasia. The clergymen and lawyers in this sample indicated their willingness to share in decisions concerning the conditions of death for church members and clients, and/or their reluctance to relegate such decisions to the convictions of physicians alone. Keywords
