Abstract
Androstenedione-H3 and testosterone-C14 were infused into 4 subjects. The H3/C14 ratio of plasma testosterone was considerably less than that of plasma or urinary testosterone glucuronoside. Thus, some of the testosterone glucuronoside produced from androstenedione was not derived from the plasma testosterone and testosterone glucuronoside is not a unique metabolite of plasma testosterone. Keywords
