Abstract
Clinical and pathologic findings of Möbius syndrome in twins, ie, like-sex, physical resemblance, and almost identical pathologic anatomy of the central nervous system, are suggestive of identical twinning. To our knowledge, this is the first report of Möbius syndrome in twins.Keywords
