Abstract
The circular cylinder, the thick wall and the th-in wall tubes are characterized in a transient state with skin effect by three canonical schemes whose elements have constant resistances and inductances. The schemes which include parallel P, series S and chain C connected elements are independent of the modes of current excitation. They may be used in the analysis of electrical networks which contain elements with skin effect. Keywords
