Abstract
A case of Behçet's syndrome is presented with retinal branch vein obstruction as the initial ocular feature. Proteian systemic involvement included recurrent aphthous stomatitis, recurrent retinal branch vein obstruction, cutaneous and urogenital ulceration. arthritis and possible neurological involvement. The clinical and immunological features of Behqet's syndrome are discussed.Keywords
