Abstract
In a study of four socially contrasting neighbourhoods in Glasgow, three health related behaviours (diet, smoking and participation in sport) were independently associated with neighbourhood of residence among adults after controlling for gender, age, social class and income. Policies aiming to improve the health of the population should take into account local neighbourhoods as well as individuals living within them. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
