Abstract
A child with acute non-perforated appendicitis presenting as acute scrotal swelling and erythema was reported. A communicating hydrocele containing serous cloudy fluid was encountered on examination, suggesting the intra-abdominal pathology.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
