Abstract
An AutoAnalyzer was evaluated as a means of determining ammonium concentration in semi‐micro Kjeldahl digests of plant tissue. Results of the AutoAnalyzer determination agree closely with distillation‐titration results. Advantages of the AutoAnalyzer method include speed, precision, and release of labor. Only a small aliquot of each digest is utilized. Keywords
