This communication presents our experience and rationale for antitumor therapy of disseminated carcinoid tumor and also our experience and modifications in the technic of hepatic-artery catheterization of our first 17 patients.Catheterization TechnicThe left brachial artery is isolated approximately 3 to 4 cm. proximal to the antecubital fossa and distal to the profunda branch.
