Abstract
The gonad-stimulating hormone of mare serum was injected during anestrum in 61 ewes. Ovulation was produced by a single injection or injections on 3 consecutive days of 50 R. U. or more. A 2nd injection 16 days after the 1st was necessary to produce both ovulation and estrum (the estrous cycle in the ewe is 17 days long). This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
