Clindamycin for acute osteomyelitis in children

Abstract
Summary: A series of thirty-five children with acute haematogenous osteomyelitis who received clindamycin as the antibiotic of choice is described. Successful primary healing was achieved in thirty-three patients. The advantages of operation when indicated are discussed in relation to bacteriological identification.Keywords
