Abstract

The two O-phosphoseryl -containing peptides, Ac-Gly -Ser(P)-Gly-NHMe and Ac-Glu -Ser(P)- Leu-NHMe were prepared by the use of Boc-Ser(PO3Ph2)-OH in the Boc mode of peptide synthesis for the preparation of the protected Ser(PO3Ph2) peptides, followed by cleavage of the phenyl phosphate groups by platinum-mediated hydrogenolysis.
