A Case of Osteo-Poikilosis

Abstract
Osteo-Poikilosis. A comparatively rare condition of bone is recorded, in which multiple ovoid and rounded areas of compact bone are seen, mainly in the regions of the epiphyses and distal ends of the diaphyses of most of the bones of the skeleton; the head, ribs and vertebræ being exempt. The condition is probably much more common than is generally realised, and attention is drawn to previous literature on the subject from which many references may be extracted, not included in the bibliography.
