False Negative Conventional Histology of Lymph Nodes in Patients with Head and Neck Cancer

Abstract
Lymph node micrometastases in patients with head and neck cancer found node-negative by clinical examination and conventional histology may be discovered with additional sectioning of the lymph nodes, by immunohistochemistry and by molecular biology.Keywords
