A BRIEF glance at the medical literature over the past few years gives sufficient assurance of the relatively frequent and unusual clinical pattern of phenothiazine toxicity.1 2 3 4 This report is not intended as a review of the literature on this subject.As would most likely be expected, even drugs of this group considered least toxic will from time to time cause difficulty of a severe degree.
