Abstract
Epidermal sheets reacted for ATPase were examined in the scanning electron microscope and images based on atomic number contrast formed by collecting the backscattered electrons. Langerhans cells lying within the tissue were revealed and could be related to surface structures by reference to conventional secondary electron images. This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
