Abstract
Arrays of single-mode optical waveguides, couplers, and interferometers were fabricated from a UV curable prepolymer using microtransfer molding. The coupling between the waveguides was reproducible and consistent across the array and was controlled after fabrication by additional UV exposure. Keywords
