Abstract
Quantitative analyses of the particle size distribution of liposomes were performed in 30 to 60 minutes by exponential-field sedimentation field flow fractionation. This gentle new separation method exhibits great potential for the high-resolution fractionation and the size or molecular weight analysis of a wide variety of biological macromolecules and colloidal suspensions. This publication has 17 references indexed in Scilit:
