Abstract
Children under the age of 13 who initiate sexually abusive behavior with other children are currently being underidentified and misunderstood. In response to the need for specialized treatment resources for child perpetrators, the Support Program for Abuse Reactive Kids (SPARK) was begun in the Child Sexual Abuse Center at Children's Institute International in January 1985. The program format, including the admissions criteria, treatment model, and testing/evaluation process, is described. Keywords
