Abstract
A continuous titration method, employing a glass electrode, to measure choline esterase activity in a soln. containing only enzyme and substrate was used to measure the activity-pH relation. A maximum was found at pH 8.4-8.5. The same method of measurement was used to determine the dissociation constant which was found to be 0.0011. Absence of excess-substrate inhibition was confirmed. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
