Abstract
On the basis of the 81 cases in the literature and 2 cases at Charity Hospital at New Orleans, a syndrome of rupture of an aortic aneurysm into the pulmonary artery was formulated. The physiology, clinical picture, and incidence of occurrence of this syndrome is discussed.Keywords
