Abstract
A photoelectron study of a series of Ag-Pd alloys has been made using photon energies of 40.81 eV and 21.22 eV. The results have been compared in detail with the predictions of a theoretical coherent potential approximation model for the valence-band densities of states for these alloys and good overall agreement noted. Keywords
