Abstract
Nuclei of embedded in an iron matrix have been oriented at low temperatures. The decay to allowed determination of the spin values for the levels at 2366 keV (), 2351 keV (), 2283 keV (), 2077 keV (), and 1932 keV (). The fractions could be deduced for 12 mixed transitions (energies in keV): , ; , ; , ; , ; or , ; or , ; , ; , or , or ; , or , ; or , ; , ; or , . In addition, the magnetic moment of isomeric state of was determined to be .
