Abstract
Over a 6-mo. period, 142 referrals of patients aged over 65 to a community-orientated psychogeriatric service in North London, UK, were studied, and their progress followed for a further 2 yr. The emphasis was on domiciliary management by initiating and supporting caring networks. More active involvement in the community by hospital staff is suggested. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
