Abstract
Colonoscopy is a widely used procedure with low morbidity and mortality. A case of cecal volvulus following colonoscopy is presented. This potentially lethal complication should be considered in patients with persistent abdominal pain following colonoscopy because it is easily diagnosed radiographically and requires emergency surgical intervention. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
