Research Notes. INFORMATION PROCESSING CAPABILITY AS A PREDICTOR OF ENTREPRENEURIAL EFFECTIVENESS.

Abstract
The article presents a study which explored the relationship between the information processing attributes of entrepreneurs and the complexity of the organizations developed. The rate of financial growth attained by owner-managers as a function of information processing capabilities is examined. Several courses of action employed by entrepreneurs to cope with the perception that they are unable to adequately manage increasing information demands are discussed. The methods used in the study and its implications for further research are also reviewed.
