Abstract
Male Bufo melanostictus, B. stomaticus, and B. tigerina showed sperm in voided urine within 3 hrs. after injn. with 5 ml. human pregnancy urine. No false negatives were obtained using 40 first and second trimester samples, but 3 out of 29 third trimester samples gave false negatives. Of 29 samples from non-pregnant subjects with hydatiform moles, superinvolutions, or abortions, 9 gave positive tests. No positive results with 14 normal non-pregnant females, 14 normal males, and 4 sterile females.Keywords
