Abstract
Sample Nl65/f722, collected by the writer from a massive blue-grey mudstone exposed about 100 m downstream from the junction of Bell Creek with Mangaopari Stream in southern Wairarapa, has been examined to compare the paleoecological and age implications of its calcareous nannoplankton with the oxygen isotope and paleomagnetic results obtained by Devereux et al. (1970) and Kennett et al. (1971).Keywords
