Abstract
Bei 22 Patienten injizierten wir nach retroperitonealer Sauerstoffinsufflation gleichzeitig Secretin und Urografin intravenös. Vierzig Minuten nach der Injektion war bei den 22 bisher untersuchten Patienten regelmäßig eine deutliche Kontrastierung der Bauchspeicheldrüse sichtbar. In 22 patients we injected simultaneously secretin and Urografin after retroperitoneal insufflation of oxygen. Forty minutes after the injection definite contrast filling of the pancreas was evident in all patients. Les auteurs ont procédé chez 22 malades à la suite d′une insufflation rétro-péritonéale d′oxygène à une injection simultanée de sécrétine et d′urographine par voie intraveineuse. Ils ont toujours observé quarante minutes après l′injection chez les 22 malades une opacification prononcée du pancréas. En 22 pacientes hemos inyectado intravenosamente, tras insuflación retroperitoneal de oxígeno, simultáneamente Secretina y Urografín. Cuarenta minutos después de la inyección se hizo visible, en los 22 casos estudiados hasta el presente, una contrastación bien visible del páncreas.
