Abstract
The electrical properties of semi‐conductors are briefly reviewed. The information concerning the structure of these materials which is obtained by electrical measurements is discussed. The most important of the physical‐chemical methods available for the investigation of deviations from stoichiometric proportions in semi‐conducting compounds are illustrated by a discussion of several typical examples. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
