Abstract
An automatic sampling device was used for the electrothermal atomic absorption detection of Cu-amino acid complexes in human serum after separation on an ion exchange chromatographic column. Adsorption chromatography on a silica gel column was used to separate the major naturally occurring Cu amino-acids, Cu-histidine and Cu-glutamine, with subsequent detection by electrothermal atomic absorption. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
