Abstract
47 male patients with spinal cord injury were examined. 31 had upper motor neuron bladders; 16 had lower motor neuron bladders. The majority of patients were injured less than 1 year ago. Cine and cystometry were performed simultaneously. The study has shown that there is no substitute for thebedsidecapacity-residuum test. Cinecystourethrography and cystometry are helpful adjuncts.
