Abstract
A patient with peripheral cranial nerve paresis and bilateral myokymia is described during the course of acute co‐infection with hepatitis B and delta viruses. Specific circulating hepatitis B immune complexes were found by electron microscopy concomitantly with the neurological symptoms.Keywords
