Abstract
In this paper it is shown how the fundamental quantum mechanical constraints of unitarity and analyticity in three-body final states can be realized when finite-range effects, like centrifugal barriers, are important. The resulting equations are remarkably similar to the usual separable-potential scattering equations. Keywords
