Abstract
Metastatic colon carcinoma of the heart is a rare diagnosis, and an uncommon finding at autopsy. This report describes a patient with a huge intracavitary colonic metastasis of the right atrium causing both a superior vena cava syndrome and an obstruction of the tricuspid valve. To our knowledge, no similar case has been previously reported. Keywords
