Abstract
The superconducting transition temperature of SrTi has been measured for specimens having electron carrier concentrations from 6.9× to 5.5× . The curve exhibits a maximum in for near 9× . The transition temperature has also been calculated using one adjustable parameter , the intervalley deformation potential, in addition to the known normal-state properties of SrTi. A good fit to the experimental curve is obtained.
