Brief Communication: Xeroderma Pigmentosum Long-Term Lymphoid Lines With Increased Ultraviolet Sensitivity

Abstract
Two long-term lymphoid lines were established from a patient with xeroderma pigmentosum (XP). The cells of these lines showed a marked increase in sensitivity to ultraviolet light when compared to non-XP lymphoid lines. Such XP lines should be useful in the study of the DNA repair defect associated with XP.
