Abstract
We present a possibly simpler proof of the uniqueness of extensions of good sections for formal Brieskorn lattices. This uniqueness seems to be used in a recent paper of C. Li, S. Li, and K. Saito although it is not stated there explicitly. We also give some explanations of certain points which were not very clear in a previous paper on the structure of Brieskorn lattices, e.g. on the existence and the uniqueness of primitive forms associated with good sections, where we present some rather interesting examples.
