Abstract
The vertical and horizontal components of fluorescence emissions are recorded simultaneously by means of a Wollaston prism. Hence rapid changes in fluorescence anisotropy can be followed. Experiments with the isolated electroplax of Electrophorus electricus are described.Keywords
