Abstract
An important tool in the evaluation of the dispersion potential of the atmosphere is the mixing height. Quartiles representing the variation of mixing height between 0500 and 2100 MST over White Sands Missile Range are displayed graphically and listed tabularly for the months of December, March, June and September. The results are based on radiosonde observations irregularly spaced throughout the daylight hours during the period 1961–72.Keywords
