Abstract
A communication between the vas deferens and ureter is one of the many genitourinary anomalies associated with an imperforate anus. We describe a case of an imperforate anus with multiple urinary tract abnormalities, which included ectopic insertion of the vasa deferentia into the ureters.Keywords
