Coronary Artery Fistula Causing Heart Failure in a Newborn

Abstract
• A 5-day-old infant had severe heart failure because of a large left circumflex coronary artery fistula entering the right atrium. Oximetry and angiography demonstrated a large left to right shunt, and surgical ligation of the fistula provided rapid relief of symptoms. (Am J Dis Child 1982;136:530-532)
