Abstract
A single dose of 100 mg ofloxacin was compared with a multiple dose of cotrimoxazole in lower urinary tract infections in 137 women. The elimination rate was significantly lower in the single dose treated group of patients in spite of all strains being in vitro susceptible in this group. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
