Abstract
1) The reciprocal crosses between Biwia zezera and Gnathopogon elongatus elongatus are successful and hybrids are reared to reach the adult stage with the similar survival rate to the controls. 2) The hybrids are not only intermediate morphologically but also have nicely intermediate behavior between their parental forms. 3) All hybrid males are completely sterile, while hybrid females have some ovarian eggs.
