Abstract
Intracorporeal drug smuggling, particularly of cocaine, is increasing. The so-called ‘body packers’ present a difficult clinical problem, particularly as no coherent management policy has been formulated. The various methods of diagnosis and the treatment options available are presented and discussed.Keywords
