Abstract
A modification of the Bengt Johanson – Denis Browne method of surgical correction of urethral stricture in men is presented. Intracutaneous sutures were used and the wound edges were apposed with adhesive tape (micropore steri-strips). The advantages of this technique are discussed. Good results were obtained in the six patients hitherto treated. Postoperative fistula has not occurred. Keywords
