Abstract
Presents a unifying theory of the electrical current produced by electron hopping between localised states. In this framework, the authors investigate the electron mobility in a multiquantum well structure. Finally, they compare the theoretical results with those experimentally obtained on a series of GaAs-GaxAl1-xAs superlattices. Keywords
