Abstract
Paraprosthetic fistulae are rare but serious complications of aorto-femoral grafts. The best examination in search of diagnosis is endoscopy where 2 stages of possible lesions are described (stage I and stage II). Treatment is necessarily surgical and if diagnosis is certain (of paraprosthetic fistulae) pre-operatively the type of surgery performed can be safer and lighter than diagnostic laparotomy. Therefore the terrible prognosis of this lesion should be improved. Keywords
