Abstract
A quantitative method for the determination of desoxyribonuclease is described which permits serial investigations without great expense. An agar containing 0.3% desoxyribonucieic acid is used as a substrate, from which the undigested thymonucleic acid is precipitated with 0.5 [image] HC1. The size of the digestion zone thus produced is related to the concentration of the enzyme. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
